Epcot Style Hotel
This is my Epcot Style Hotel created for BV EP.
#1 The Orient
#2 Twikkii Island
#3 Three Lakes
#4 Generic motel/hotel with Three Lake decorations
Each section has the items that sims need for collecting momentos. With this hotel or vacation spot, a sim can visit this one lot to collect all the momentos for a section. I've placed this lot in each of my vacation areas.
------------------------------
#1 The Orient
This side has the food counter, massage table, and learning to fire dance. The available massages are based on the vacation destination. You need to visit each vacation spot to learn the three different massage.
A nice, semi-private, corner to relax with a loved one.
This area doesn't have the pirate ship since there isn't a beach. I created a beach hotel lot with all the momentos. It worked great in the original place it was placed and built. The ocean front property is a little glitchy when trying to place it down in a new area. I built this hotel without beach front property so it could be placed in any town.
Sims can earn two momentos from the pirate ship. Learn to sing the sea chantey and explore the pirate ship. Pirate ships can be placed on home or community lots with beach front property.
------------------------
#3 Three Lakes
A shot of the Three Lake's corner. You can see the log roll, tree rings, a tent and a pond. The food counter and archery are in the corner behind the statue. Sadly, the tent can't be used when the lot is set up as a hotel.
A shot of the Three lakes area from above.
-------------------
#4 Generic hotel with Three Lake decorations
The last corner is a log cabin looking building. There is a coffee shop just outside. This area is were sims spend their time if not directed to another place.
You can see the lobby to the hotel that is also part of a shop. Sim can shop for collectibles or clothes. The cash register is outside.
A close up shot of the hotel rooms in this section.
$59 room is the lowest price room on the lot. For this amount, a sim gets a table with one chair and a phone. The only purpose for this room is for sims with low funds who need to earn the "room service" momento.
$295 room has a double bed and table with two chairs, no bathroom.
$152 room, another single bed room with just a table and chair, no bathroom.
I created the lot to have a variety of priced rooms to meet the need of any sim visiting the lot. If the tent would work, I would have had free sleeping. All hotel rooms have a phone so sims can call for room service.
---------------------
Middle of the Lot (other)
In the middle of the lot, I have a three stove kitchen area. Sims can cook foods that goes into the sims backpacks. As far as I have noticed, they can cook the foods for free. An interesting way to store up some free food for the frugal sim player.
A nice plus I wasn't expecting, but was glad to see, was the housekeeper for the rooms kept the kitchen area clean. She also cleared tables in the coffee shop area. Sims are not the best at cleaning up after themselves. Serving a plate of hamburgers on a community lot often means a lot of clean up for sims that remain on the lot for a while.

#1 The Orient
A view of the oriental gardens. The food counter, zen garden, tea, and more are located here.
This is the honeymoon suit. It has a double bed, living room with TV and dinning table for two, a big bathroom, and a private hot tub. All for the happy couple who wish to pay $1,510 per night.
This is the only hotel room in this area of the lot.
Close up of the food counter with 4 guests eating.
Another view of the sims eating with a view of the zen garden behind them.
Here is a shot of a sim working in the zen garden.

#2 Twikkii Island
This side has the food counter, massage table, and learning to fire dance. The available massages are based on the vacation destination. You need to visit each vacation spot to learn the three different massage.
A nice, semi-private, corner to relax with a loved one.
$877 room has a double bed, living room, and full bathroom.
$77 room has a recliner, a table with one chair, and no bathroom. Sims staying in this room will need to use the public bathrooms around the corner.
$137 room has a single bed, table with one chair. No bathroom.

Food judging table. Once the judging is complete, sims are free to eat from the table. The food will remain there for a short while then the judge (or other NPC) cleans up the mess.
Here are three sims eating bowls of comfort soup. The food was part of the food contest entries. Behind them you can see the DJ Booth that allows sims to enter the dance contest. I didn't give it a try, but expect it will work since the food contest table worked.
Room Service for Two. This picture doesn't really add any details to the lots layout but found it worth sharing. I had each sim call room service. The pregnant sim sat down to eat (free will) just before the bell boy delivered the next room service item. I found it funny and very real life pregnant style to see the sim eating while thinking (eyes glued to the next food item) about her next meal. The shot reminded me of a real life experience. A co-worker and I were sharing lunch, both of us pregnant in our last trimester. The conversation at the table wasn't the normal "hows your day going" or current events. The conversation was dominated by what we planned to eat later in the day or had already eaten. There was a non-pregnant coworker with us who pointed out that we were eating and thinking of the next meal at the same time. (heehee)
